This option allows you to transform any stamp from the catalog into a mini poster–style Ex Libris bookplate stamp.
This option cannot be purchased alone. Please add it together with your chosen stamp design.
The text engraving fee is included in this option. You do not need to purchase the “Text Engraving” option separately.
Please select one phrase for your Ex Libris stamp (all mean “from the library of”):

• FROM THE LIBRARY OF (2 lines)
■ Stamp Block Size & Compatible Designs
● Ex Libris Custom – Small
Block size: 30mm (W) × 50mm (D) × 40mm (H)
→ Suitable for designs 20–30mm wide
● Ex Libris Custom – Large
Block size: 40mm (W) × 50mm (D) × 30mm (H)
→ Suitable for designs 35–40mm wide
The main illustration may be slightly reduced in size from the original design.
■ How It Works
- Select one bookworm phrase.
- Enter your name (only uppercase alphabet and numbers are available).
Enter the title of the stamp to which this customization should be applied.
■ Important Notes
Ex Libris stamps are relatively large.
For best results, we recommend using a stamping mat.
The rubber material used for these stamps is originally intended for printmaking, and it is firmer than standard rubber stamps.
This means you may need a bit more pressure and technique to achieve a clean impression.
Please make a few test prints before stamping in your books.
Bookplate Custom (Optionel)
- This option cannot be purchased on its own. Please order it together with the stamp.
- The layout of the characters can be up to 3 lines.
- If your name takes up to 2 lines, the phrase should be "EX LIBRIS".
- This option already includes adding your name, so you don't need to purchase a "Personalized Text Option (JPY800) .
